With our monthly plan, train in a Semi-Private Format (aka partnered) at our physical fitness facility in Pasadena, CA –or– location independent training Online via Zoom. Sessions are 45 minutes each with similar gold-standard blueprint as our private 60-min personal training, but packaged for individuals preferring less commitment, more affordability, location flexibility, and more independence. *Note: A partner may or may not be assigned to you during your Partnered-Gym Sessions at the facility /// Online Zoom sessions are performed from your own home. It is recommended you have some fitness equipment available during your online sessions.
