Sessions are 45 minutes with similar gold-standard blueprint as our private 60-min personal training, but packaged for individuals preferring less commitment, more affordability, & more independence. *Note: Although this is a partnered plan, we have eliminated partnered-training indefinitely. No partners will be assigned during this Covid-19 environment.
